JoinExistingMLSConversationUseCase
Use case for joining or establishing an MLS group for an existing conversation. If the conversation is MLS-capable, it checks if it is already established. If not, it establishes the MLS group, otherwise it sends an external commit to join an MLS conversation for which the user is a member, but has not yet joined the corresponding MLS group.
